Our Diversity Relations department establishes and maintains productive, trust-based partnerships with minority and women groups, and community leaders to continually improve our reputation as a socially responsible company. Diversity Relations is also responsible for our supplier diversity programs, designed to grow and expand our base of minority- and women-owned suppliers. Diversity Relations also promotes diversity awareness among our associates. And the department provides clear and consistent messages regarding our commitment to diversity through internal communications including: - The WIRE (our intranet)

- Home Office notifications
- Celebrations of cultural heritage months
- Other special programs.
