(“Wal-Mart”) revised and restated its Statement of Ethics. The Statement of Ethics was revised to make it more user-friendly, to reflect Wal-Mart's tone and voice, and to align with Wal-Mart's brand. As with the prior version, the revised Statement of Ethics continues to apply to all members of Wal-Mart's Board of Directors and all Wal-Mart associates worldwide. The revisions to the Statement of Ethics include a change to the period of time during which Wal-Mart will not do business with a former Wal-Mart associate following the former associate’s separation from Wal-Mart; the addition of sections specifically addressing financial conflicts of interest, retaliation, and intentional dishonesty; and revisions that align the Statement of Ethics with other Wal-Mart policies, including Wal-Mart's anti-corruption and expatriate work authorization policies. In addition, Wal-Mart has made certain administrative, formatting and editorial changes to the Statement of Ethics, such as the addition of questions and answers that demonstrate how the principles in the Statement of Ethics apply in particular situations. The revised and restated Statement of Ethics is available in the “Corporate Governance” section of the “Investors” page of Wal-Mart’s corporate website at http://walmartstores.com
